Primary, addon, subdomain and alias domains in one list, with each domain's document root, PHP version, HTTPS redirect, www handling, XML-RPC blocking and certificate.
Aliases point at their parent domain. Subdomains and addon domains get their own folder and can run their own PHP version. Free Let's Encrypt certificates are issued and renewed automatically.
